TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relations between the theater and its customers within the framework of the theater’s e-shop. Any order placed on the e-shop implies unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
Products and Orders
2.1 Product Description: The theater sells products on its e-shop, such as show tickets, subscriptions, merchandise, or any other items related to the theater’s activities.
2.2 Product Availability: Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In the event of a product being unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed and will have the option to modify or cancel their order.
2.3 Order Process: The customer can select the desired products, add them to their cart, and place an order by providing the required information. Before confirming their order, the customer is invited to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
Pricing and Payment
3.1 Price: The prices of the products are indicated in euros and include all taxes (TTC), excluding any potential delivery charges. The theater reserves the right to modify prices at any time but commits to applying the rates in effect at the time of the order.
3.2 Payment Methods: To pay for your order, you can choose a payment method from those offered on the site at the checkout page.
For online payment, your account will be debited on the day following the order confirmation date.
Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.
In the case of payment by credit card, the Customer guarantees the Theater that they have any necessary authorizations to use the payment method by card when confirming the order.
The provisions related to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided in the agreements concluded between the Customer and the card issuer, and between the Theater and its banking establishment, apply.
3.3 Payment Security: The theater implements the necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of payment information. The customer’s banking data is not retained by the theater.
3.4 Proof of Transactions Paid by Credit Card: The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of the theater constitutes proof of the commercial transactions between you and the theater.
Delivery
4.1 Delivery Methods: Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
4.2 Delivery Charges: Charges are specified during the ordering process.
The amount to be paid is automatically displayed after validating the entire order and before payment.
The transport cost of your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
The Customer is required to verify the conformity of the products upon delivery and to report any damages caused by the carrier in written observations, dated and signed by both the Customer and the deliverer on the delivery slip within 48 hours.
Delivery Times
After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 working hours, subject to available stock.
Delivery Delay: In case of delivery delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The theater will make its best efforts to remedy the situation and deliver the products as quickly as possible.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
For any information requests, complaints, or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer can contact the theater’s customer service, whose contact details are available on the e-shop.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or litigation relating to the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions of sale will be submitted to the competent court, in accordance with the provisions of Article 111 of Dahir No. 1-11-03 of 18.02.2011 promulgating Law No. 31.08 establishing measures for consumer protection.
Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
The information requested from you must be accurate and is necessary for processing your order. It is processed confidentially. You have the right to rectify your data.
